FAQ's

We have Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance available to see on request.

On our regular window cleaning rounds we guarantee a spot free clean (Subject to Terms and Conditions as seen below) and will even clean again at no charge if appropriate. 

T&C's

• We can never guarantee spot free on the first 2 cleans due to many different factors. The guarantee starts from the 3rd clean onwards provided that regular appointments are kept.

• We ask that you let us know within 48 hours of the clean if you notice any issues. That way we can accurately identify the cause of the issue.

• There are some exceptions to this, but we will discuss this with you on when quoting.
