Meet the Company Directors
Myself (Kieran) and Jo are the Company Directors. We have been involved in the cleaning industry for many years in part time roles while working full time and bringing up a young family.
We have been cleaning properties in South Wales full time since 2017 and in 2019 we created KJB Cleaning Services Wales LTD.
We are both DBS Checked and experienced in dealing with environments where children including those with Additional Needs may be present with the appropriate policies in place.

A lot of companies say this but in this case, we are exactly that! If you see us out and about, we may even have a child or two in tow!
By choosing us to complete your work, you will be supporting a local family business, based in Glynneath which in turn allows us to support our community and those we work in too. One of our mottos is "Love where you live" and we truly live by it!

Steve Joined us in 2023 and has a lot of experience in Window Cleaning having owned his own Window Cleaning Company in a previous role. We have known Steve for over 15 years and trust him implicitly. This is important to us because we know our customers trust us.
Bringing Steve on board allows us to spend more time on Gutter Clearance and Pressure Washing work as he is our primary Window Cleaner.

We have experience in multiple scenarios including :-

- uPVC Cleaning
- High Level Gutter Clearance
- High Level Internal Vacuuming
- Pressure Washing and Commercial Cladding
We have an extensive working knowledge of Health and Safety including working on building sites and Working at Height.

We use the latest technologies to make sure that the cleaning we do is done with the least environmental impact and to the highest possible standards.
We are fully insured and work to the highest safety standards including doing as much work as possible from the ground and only use ladders as a last resort in order to increase privacy, efficiency and reduce risk to property and person.
We know that details are what stay in peoples minds. We try to think of all details but we ask you to check and work with you to get your property to be the best it can be.
On our regular window cleaning rounds we guarantee a spot free clean (Subject to Terms and Conditions) and will even clean again at no charge if appropriate.

We HATE Ladders!!
We aim for a 5 star service to every customer on the first visit so our Standards are very important to our values.
This has led to us retaining 98% of our regular window cleaning customers sinxe 2019.
We will always give professional advice to the custromers benefit including whether work is needed or advisable, this means that customers get value for money and are left happy!
On the rare occasions there is a problem, we aim to rectify the issue as soon as is possible and to everyones satisfaction.
